- Applies if the tenant moved out within the first 3 months of the lease term under the agreement.
- One replacement per deal.
- Only if the fee for the first deal has been paid.
- The replacement deal carries no fee; friend and partner codes do not apply to it.
- Does not apply if the tenant moved out at the owner's request or through the owner's fault.

Terms
Fee: 30% of the first month’s rent, paid once and only after the tenant moves in. For example: rent of 400 000 ֏ a month — a fee of 120 000 ֏.
