Friend and partner codes

A friend's code, a Telegram channel's code or a personal code from your account is entered in the request. A client with a code gets part of the first month's rent back; the code owner gets a bonus.

Rules

• The refund is a percentage of the first month's rent up to the stated limit, or a fixed amount — as shown on the site when you press "Apply".
• A code applies if it is entered in the request no later than its last valid day, Yerevan time.
• One refund per client: if you already have a deal with a code, a second code does not apply.
• You can't use your own code.
• For an owner who rents out through nofee on your recommendation, the code owner gets a bonus; there is no client refund under such a code.
• Refunds and bonuses are paid only after the owner has paid nofee's fee; if the deal falls through or the owner does not pay, nothing is paid. Payment period — within 5 working days after the owner has paid the fee.
• Amounts are in drams. If the rent is in dollars, it is converted into drams at the Central Bank of Armenia rate on the day of the advance payment.
• The code's terms are recorded in the deal on the day it is made; later changes to the code or these rules do not change it.
• Personal code terms are the same for all personal codes and change for all of them at once — for deals made after the change.
• Codes do not apply to a replacement deal under the owner guarantee: it carries no fee from which refunds and bonuses are paid.
