Who processes the data

What data we receive

• Request: what you are looking for, name, ways to contact you (phone, Telegram, email and other messengers), convenient time and days, language, promo code, who will live there or what the business does, comment; the property, if you pressed "I want to see it".
• Rent estimate: property type and district, area and rooms, one contact, language. Partner request: channel link and contact, language.
• Account: email, name, language, password — only as a hash; in settings — phone, Telegram, ways and times of contact.
• Favourites: without signing in — property numbers in your browser; when signed in — in your account.
• If you rent or let through us: the lease and handover report with the parties' passport details, the image of the signature, the time, the device's network address and browser at signing, and photos of the flat or premises in the report. The tenant's passport — only with separate consent. Claims you draw up on the site: amounts, dates and your text.
• Owners: name, contacts, property and terms — in the CRM; not shown on the site.
• Visit statistics: which pages and properties you opened, what you searched for, where you came from — with an anonymous visitor number in your browser, without name, contacts, network address or browser details.
• Technical records: network address and browser when signing in and when consenting in forms; the web server log.

Why

To find a home or premises, contact you, estimate rent, discuss partnership, prepare the lease and report, run your account and improve the site. The basis is your consent; for details you gave the broker by phone — your oral consent; for owners — the contract with them.

Consent

Each form has a consent box; we record when and on which page it was given, in which language and under which version of this policy. You can withdraw consent by writing to [email protected].

Who receives data

• Brevo — emails with confirmation codes and notifications (email, name, email text); we switch off "email opened" tracking wherever Brevo allows it.
• Telegram — messages to the broker about requests; the nofee channel has listings only, no personal data.
• Google — maps on the site: Google receives your browser's address and the map area.
• Microsoft Clarity — click maps and session recordings, only if you pressed "Accept" in the cookie banner; form fields are hidden.
• Microsoft Translator — listing texts only, none of your data.
• OVHcloud — the server nofee runs on; Cloudflare — site protection and delivery, storage of photos, documents and backups. The servers are in the United States.
• The other party to the lease — the lease and report.

Data outside Armenia

Brevo, Telegram, Google, Microsoft, OVHcloud and Cloudflare process data abroad. nofee's servers and storage are in the United States. The transfer is needed for the purposes above and is made with your consent (Law on Protection of Personal Data, Article 27).

Cookies and browser storage

• Necessary: sign-in — 7 days from the last visit; unfinished registration — one hour; banner choice — 180 days; price currency — one year; site language — one year.
• Guest favourites and the anonymous visitor number — in browser storage; the visitor number changes once a year. A new account's email — in tab storage while the tab is open, to enter the code.
• Microsoft Clarity — only after "Accept". You can change your mind at any time: "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

How long data is kept

• request and client card — 2 years after the last contact, then name and contacts are deleted;
• owner data — while we work together, plus 3 years;
• lease, report, passport details, signatures and report photos — for the whole lease term and 3 months after it, so the parties can write a claim;
• deals and payouts — 5 years, without a name after data deletion;
• account — until you delete it; unfinished registration — one hour;
• email log — 30 days;
• statistics events — 13 months, totals without people — longer;
• consent log — as long as the data is kept, plus 3 years;
• web server log — overwritten by size;
• backups — 30 days: deleted data disappears from backups within 30 days.

Your rights

To learn what data we have about you, correct it, withdraw consent, demand deletion or an end to processing — write to [email protected]. You can delete your account in the account itself: it is deleted at once, and the broker's data — at your request. What remains after deletion: deals, payouts and the consent log — without a name; the lease and report — with the parties and with nofee until the lease ends and for 3 months after.

A new version is published on this page with its date; consents given under an earlier version stay with it.
