What nofee is
nofee helps you rent homes and commercial premises in Yerevan. The tenant pays no fee: the owner pays it after the tenant moves in. You can browse the site without registering. nofee is an intermediary: the lease is concluded between the tenant and the owner; nofee is not a party to it.
Listings
We check properties and show the date of the check, but the price and availability may change before a viewing. The final terms of the lease are in the agreement between the tenant and the owner.
Requests and forms
By sending a request you confirm that the details are correct and that you agree to their processing under the privacy policy. Do not send other people's contacts without their consent.
Lease, handover report and claims
At the parties' request, nofee prepares the lease and the handover report from the details the parties provide and has them signed on screen. A signature on screen does not replace a notary: without notarisation a lease is void in a dispute; whether to go to a notary is up to the parties. Claim templates are free: a party checks, signs and sends them itself. nofee does not represent the parties, does not send letters for them and does not advise on a specific dispute.
Google Maps
The site uses Google Maps. By using them you accept the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
Photos and texts
Property photos and descriptions belong to nofee or the owners and are protected by a watermark. Do not copy them for other listings.
Liability
nofee is responsible for what it does itself: preparing documents from the parties' details and keeping data safe. nofee is not responsible for how the parties perform the lease or for errors in details entered by the parties. The site's templates and hints are free and provided "as is"; nofee is not liable for an unintentional error in them. This does not cover intentional acts by nofee.
Disputes
First, negotiation: write to [email protected]. If no agreement is reached — the courts of the Republic of Armenia. The law of the Republic of Armenia applies.

A new version is published on this page with its date.
